The Torcularia in iblei site
The torcularia were used in ancient times (has not yet discovered the exact period of reference) for pressing olives and grapes, and through a process of gradually sloping tanks for decanting in the making of the precious nectar wine or oil . These tanks, thanks to the terrain (to degrade), are also carved into the rock.
